These terms are an agreement between you and Perfriend ("Perfriend", "we", "us"). By using Perfriend you agree to them, to our Community Guidelines and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You can't use Perfriend if we have previously banned you.
You can use Perfriend as a guest or with an account linked to your email or Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Guest accounts may be lost if you clear your browser data; save your account to keep it. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you won't harass others, share illegal content, solicit money, impersonate anyone, interact sexually with anyone under 18, or interfere with the service or other users.
You own the messages you send. You give us a limited licence to store, transmit and display them to provide the service, and to review them for safety and moderation. You're responsible for what you send. Strangers can copy what you write, so don't share anything you wouldn't want repeated.
We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where needed to protect users or comply with the law. You can appeal most decisions.
Perfriend connects you with strangers. We can't verify who people are or guarantee how they'll behave, and we aren't responsible for what other users say or do. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Perfriend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Perfriend after that means you accept the new terms.
