Refund Policy

Cancelling

Cancel Plus anytime from the ⚙ menu in the chat app → Manage subscription. You won't be charged again, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

• First subscription: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: renewals aren't refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used Plus since the renewal, ask us within 48 hours and we'll usually help.
• Problems on our side: if a fault on our end stopped Plus from working, we'll refund the affected period.
• Bans: accounts banned for breaking our guidelines aren't eligible for a refund.

Your local consumer law may give you additional rights, and nothing here limits them.

How to ask

Use the support form with the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
